Founder’s Note

Hi, I’m Andrea.

I’m building the kind of agency I wish I could have hired as an in-house researcher, marketer, and product manager. A place that’s founded on passion, curiosity, and open-mindedness, no matter where the inquiry takes us. A place that gets what consumers are actually saying, but also what actually makes good business sense. And a place that puts the work first (and makes it look good), without worrying about the next sale. Good work sells itself.

It’s also going to be the kind of agency I wish I could have worked at throughout my career. I want to foster an environment that empowers people to follow their passions and be proud of what they put out into the world. That encourages talent and lets it shine. And, most importantly, discourages burnout and agency-hopping by investing in my people as much as they invest in our clients and me.
